I've been observing that in my life and was going to write about it.heidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12044823010745664670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5844497975285319500.post-76026990622953685312011-10-26T11:37:57.284-07:002011-10-26T11:37:57.284-07:00Is this Heidi? Thanks for sharing :)Ben21Del69https://www.blogger.com/profile/14267446806628214867noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5844497975285319500.post-26880782057354527652011-10-26T08:21:24.928-07:002011-10-26T08:21:24.928-07:00Caroline, I opened one of my classes last week wit...Caroline, I opened one of my classes last week with a dharma talk about contentment (santosha) I read from Gurumayi's book Sadhana of the Heart. In it, she quotes her guru" Contentment destroys ego" She goes on to say that like courage, contentment is not a passive virtue but a practice of tapas..... "the struggle to maintain the poise of your heart". Santosha creates balance in our lives and keeps us disciplined in the understanding that we're all looking for the same thing...happiness, and that we're superior or inferior to no one.heidihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12044823010745664670noreply@blogger.com
